Call me crazy but I devote a large portion of my nursing school success to my beautiful apartment. Nursing school requires inconceivable amounts of studying and it needs to be done somewhere that makes you feel happy and comfortable. For some that is a coffee shop or the school library, but for me this was my home. I would nestle up in the corner of my couch with my Basil scented Meyer’s candle lit (which is known to promote relaxation). With a cup of homemade coffee in hand, I would grind! My home was my safe place. I did my best studying there.

Find what works for you and stick to it. It make take some trials and errors but discover your own study sanctuary!
